After cutting into the Echo Blooms fabric for the 241 bag last week, I realised that I would have enough fabric to also make a "Go Anywhere" bag which is another great pattern from Anna at Noodlehead.
So I have all of the pieces cut out and the pleats sewn - I did use a light interfacing although this is optional in the pattern.
And I also made all of the remaining sets of HST's for my Swoon blocks. I just need to trim these back to 3.5" now and them I am ready to sew the blocks together, as I have already made the geese units.
I have only made 3 of the 9 blocks so far and really need to finish them before I start on another quilt!

swoon is gorgeous. you look so organized!!! both of your bags are going ot be great.
Drooling over the Echo, and loving the swoon :o)
Your go anywhere bag is going to be gorgsous, such beautiful fabric... drool!
Lovely swoon! Fun bag too!!
Wish I would get motivated to finish one thing before moving to another! love the Swoon! One of my projects is a Carpenter's Wheel which is very similar.
I have seen a bunch of newly completed 241's lately and am thinking I might need to make one too. I have the fabric all ready to make a bag, I just haven't been able to decide which one. I will look forward to seeing your completed bag!
That is such a great bag fabric! It kind of makes me want to make a new bag :)
I love the fabrics you've chosen for your bag.
