Our nephew recently had a baby boy which was the perfect excuse to make a quilt.
After recently making the Moda ABC quilt, I decided to make the letters to spell his name. Then added in a few larger fox blocks from the Fancy Fox II pattern by Elizabeth Hartman to make the quilt up to size.
I used the Serpentine stitch for quilting across the quilt about every 2 inches which was very quick and easy to do.
The backing is a printed drill which should make the quilt a bit more durable for use as a playmat.
And the binding is the black woodgrain print that I used in my original Fancy Fox quilt.
